In 2017 the REO Auction supplied 1,3 million units of fennel to it's buyers. The REO Auction is pre-eminently the largest supplier of fresh fennel in Belgium. The REO Auction is located in West-Flanders. Shelf life
Fennel is best kept at 0-1 °C with an RH of 90-95 %.
Humidify regularly and protect from draughts.

Flandria fennel is graded by pieces/crate (always 4 kg/crate):
- 6 pieces/crate
- 8 pieces/crate
- 10 pieces/crate
- 12 pieces/crate
